The Commercial Industrial Real Estate Broker's Association of Broward County, originally known as C.I.D. (Commerical Investment Division), was established in 1970 by twenty-one leading area brokers. CIREBA presently has over 50 prominent members from Miami through the Palm Beaches.

This exclusive organization exchanges pertinent and up to date information among its members via e-mail regarding all types of commercial and industrial properties, whether for use or investment. CIREBA publishes a monthly newsletter - The Gold Sheet. Monthly luncheons are attended by prominent speakers, which keep the group current on the latest changes both local and national. Many of CIREBA's members serve on local and state committees and have first hand knowledge of proposed changes affecting real estate in all areas, from legal issues to financing to economic conditions and more. Their fellowship on a first name basis locally and statewide, facilitates outstanding and updated knowledge.

The primary purpose of CIREBA is twofold: firstly, to professionally and intelligently assist the purchaser, seller, lessee, and/or lessor in the achievement of their goals to sell or acquire commercial real estate; secondly, to keep the members current on the rapidly changing real estate market to better serve the needs of buyers and sellers.
